Upon check out select the day you would like your gift delivered and we will make every effort for your gift to arrive on-time (monday-friday excluding holidays) *Weekend gift basket delivery is available to certain areas in Montreal (please call or email us for more information).
We do not deliver to hospitals (unless the recipient is a staff member) . Please verify and provide complete addresses along with the recipient’s telephone number.

We highly recommend you send your gift to a business address or address where there will be someone to accept it.
**If your recipient is not home Canada Post will leave a notice card, where they can then pick up the parcel near by at their local post office. Canada Post does not make multiple delivery attempts nor redirect parcels.
You can choose to have your gift delivered across Canada with the exception of the North West Territories, the Yukon and Nunavut. Certain remote locations may require additional shipping fees. Please call if you are unsure.
We hand deliver (certain areas of Montréal) and ship using Canada Post Expedited parcel service.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only (excluding holidays). *Weekend delivery is available to certain areas in Montreal (please call or email us for more information).
Deliveries to most major cities in Quebec and Ontario will arrive in 1-3 business from the day your gift is shipped (day 0). However, we cannot guarantee it will not take longer especially during peak holidays ( Mother’s Day, Christmas, Valentine’s day, Easter etc…) and due to weather conditions or incorrect address information etc.
Please verify that the recipient's address is entered correctly. If your package is returned to us you will be charged for return shipping fees and a shipping charge to send out your order again. If you choose not to resend your package you will be refunded for the gift less the original and return shipping fees plus a 25% restocking fee.
