All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.

Orders sent to:
Quebec addresses are taxed GST (5%) & PST (9.975%).
British Columbia is taxed HST (12%).
New Brunswick, Newfoundland, and Ontario are taxed HST (13%).
Nova Scotia is taxed HST (15%)
Alberta, Manitoba, PEI and Saskatchewan addresses are taxed GST (5%) only.
Product Substituting
We reserve the right to substitute products on occasion of equal or greater value. Substitutions will not change the theme or quality of your basket selection.
Chocolate
During the summer we may substitute chocolate in gift baskets traveling further distances. At our discretion some gift baskets may be packed with an ice pack. However, we are not responsible for melted chocolate or softened products due to heat. Chocolate may be placed in the fridge to return to its original state.
Returns
Your satisfaction is of great importance to us. If you are unsatisfied with your basket, please return your unopened gift within three days of the recipient receiving it for a refund. If the basket has been opened/tampered with a refund will be NOT be issued. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping cost.
**You must contact us prior to returning your item, either by email: customerservice@giftwithabasket.com or by phone: In Montreal (514) 694-4333 or toll-free 1-888-631-4333 for an authorized return ID number.
If your package is returned to us you will be charged for return shipping fees and a shipping charge to send out your order again. If you choose not to resend your package you will be refunded for the gift less the original and return shipping fees plus a 25% restocking fee. Holiday baskets (i.e Christmas, Valentine's, Easter) will not be refunded.
Privacy
We know how important your privacy is regarding personal information. We never share our clients’ information UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES with a third party.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled only before your gift is shipped or up to 24 hours from the time of order (which ever of the two comes first). Canceled orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Order Processing
Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed prior to shipping. For larger (corporate etc.) orders please allow 3-4 business days for preparation prior to shipping.
Orders are processed through our secure online processing and are encrypted through the use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
You may pay for your order using your Paypal account. If you do not have a Paypal account you may pay by Visa or Mastercard.
